Correct mistakes with love and guidance, not with harshness.
Provide scouts with knowledge, skills, and values.
Plan and conduct meetings, parades, camps, and service activities.
Prepare scouts for tests, badges, and higher awards.
Motivate scouts towards community service and nation-building.
Maintain order and discipline in all unit activities.
Ensure safety and protection of scouts in camps, hikes, and parades.
Follow and enforce Scouting rules and laws strictly.

Show humility, respect, and cooperation with other leaders and community.
Keep records, reports, and unit accounts up to date.
